Assoc. Prof. Viet Van Pham is Head of the Department of Science and Technology at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH), Vietnam. His research focuses on advanced nanomaterials, photocatalysis, materials chemistry, and renewable energy technologies, with particular emphasis on photocatalytic hydrogen evolution and the removal of organic and gaseous pollutants. His multidisciplinary expertise spans solid-state physics, optics, experimental physics, chemical engineering, and materials engineering. Dr. Pham has published more than 90 peer-reviewed journal articles, six books and book chapters, and numerous conference papers. He also serves as an associate editor or editorial board member for several international journals and actively contributes to the scientific community as a reviewer for leading journals in materials science, chemistry, and energy research.
